Folks come to Center activities from as far North as Santa Rosa, as far South as San Jose and as far East as the Sacramento area. We are made up of people from different walks of life, career paths hobbies, family types and sizes. Community members are from many different religious faiths, Christian, Jewish, Moslem, Hindus and more. Members are also of no Religious faiths as well. Community members retain their religious beliefs and connection to their faiths as they wish. Many see the connection with Meher Baba as an enrichment of their current spiritual and religious life. We come together, in Meher Baba's name, to be together as a Center of his followers. Activities are of a wide variety which sometimes consists of guest speakers (many of which met Meher Baba) and others who have studied Meher Baba's teachings. Other meetings have music by local and visiting musicians and singers. Sometimes there are films. Viewing footage of Meher Baba can be a unique experience. We have discussions about Meher Baba's teachings and how they relate to our lives in light of the complex world around us. Some people have been involved in the local Baba group for over thirty years. Others have heard of Baba much more recently. All share an interest in His Presence and Teachings. We are fortunate that we now have a physical center in which to come together and meet in.
